Dear Helper,

I am sorry for the disturb, I am a new user of AutoDock. Considering a 
United_Atom model, I am wondering if AutoDock has been in some way 
implemented in order to recognize cation-pi interaction. If not, do 
You think that using the All_Atom model it might be possible to model 
such cation-pi interaction ?
