Have you tried running it with pythonsh? There is also a script that
sets a bunch of variables so you don't need to use pythonsh. I think it
is called setenv. It has been a while since I ran them manually, but I
got the mac at home so I can tell you exactly what to do.

Dear Autodock help,

I am trying to run on a Mac and am getting the
following error:

Indium:~ hollyfreedman$
Traceback (most recent call last):
"/Library/MGLTools/1.4.6/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools/Utilities24/summari", line
9, in ?
    from MolKit import Read
ImportError: No module named MolKit

Is there a way to fix this?
