Thanks Sargis, but I did not submit a bug report and I did not save 
it so as to submit it. Then I ran the tutorial docking (indinavir) 
and when I analyzed the result this is what I see:

AttributeError: Docking instance has no attribute 'ligMol'
Please include this Traceback in your bug report. Help --> Report a Bug.

This is not the same as before, but is it related to?
