Hello

I am a newbie in virtual screening and I am using autodock4 for this
purpose.
In the first instance to setup access to CVS I's typed the following command

*setenv CVSROOT :pserver:anonymous at mgl1.scripps.edu:/opt/cvs
*
and i got the following error

*bash: setenv: command not found*

please help me in this regard.

Also I would like to know if there is any need to setup access to CVS and
execute the shell scripts namely ex00.csh and ex01.csh
or directly i can jump to the shell script ex02.csh without setting up
access to CVS and executing ex00.sh and ex01.

Thank you
