Hi Fanny,

It depends on what you want to edit.
To clean pdb files, I often use an editor (notepad, wordpad, word, ...) but
if you want to modify an aminoacid, you can use spdviewer which is free and
quite easy to handle.

   Hello,
Is there a way to edit pdb files? What software would you recommend?
   Thank you,
   Fanny
