Hi vijaykumar pillalamarry,

If your OS is 64 bits, you should reinstall autodock.

you have to change autodock makefile as follow.

LINKOPT = $ (CSTD) $ (OPT) -wl,--stack=0x2000000 # Cygwin, 32MB stacksize

=>  LINKOPT = $ (CSTD) $ (OPT) -wl,--stack=0x4000000 # Cygwin, 32MB 
stacksize
