Hi Alice,
If you will please attach a screenshot of your 'Run AutoGrid' form just before you pressed the 'Launch' button, it will be possible to figure out what problem you have encountered.

ps in this form, strings that contain blank characters must be enclosed in parentheses.
For example:
"D:\Program Files (x86)\The Scripps Research Institute\Autodock\4.2.6\autodock4"

Subject: ADL: not a valid Win32 application

Dear autodocker

I install Python34 at D:\Python34
MGL Tools at D:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6
autodock at D:\Program Files (x86)\The Scripps Research Institute\Autodock\4.2.6

when I use ADT to test the tutorials file, at autogrid step:
ERROR *********************************************
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "D:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6\lib\site-packages\ViewerFramework\", line 898, in tryto
result = command( *args, **kw )

    ps = subprocess.Popen(args)

  File "D:\Program Files (x86)\MGLTools-1.5.6\lib\", line 816, in _execute_child
WindowsError: [Error 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

I got same error when run autodock, meanwhile both autogrid and autodock work well using command line.

How can I do?

Thanks all!!!

Yours Alice
