We have an opening for talented individual to join the AutoDock 
development team. The position is funded for at least 2 years through a 
Grant from the National Institute for General Medical Sciences at the 
National Institutes of Health to further develop AutoDockFR. see details

*Duties & Responsibilities: *We are seeking post-doctoral candidates for 
an open position on an NIH research grant aimed at extending the 
well-know docking program AutoDock with the ability to dock flexible 
ligands into flexible protein structures. The successful candidate will 
join a dynamic group of researcher and developers. Specific duties of 
this position include: developing and integrating the computational 
methods for identifying and representing protein flexibility into the 
existing code base, fine tuning and further developing the existing 
search algorithms, and develop novel scoring methods for taking into 
account the energetic aspect of the receptor conformational changes; 
applying the software to collaborative projects with structural biology 
experimentalists, and testing the software and evaluating its performance.

*Requirements:* The Individual should be highly self motivated, have a 
Ph.D. in biology or biophysics with a strong interest and some 
experience in computer science, or a PhD in computer science with good 
knowledge in computational biology. Experience in developing software in 
an Object-Oriented programming language, as well as knowledge of OpenCL, 
C, C++ and/or Python are desirable.  Please send your CV, a research
