Hi
I am a beginner in docking and trying to use Autodock using Chimera Gui. I am using following videos to learn the procedure. This video talks about selecting poses based on binding energy and probable H-bonds. I just wanted to make sure if I am on right track on deciding the best pose for the docking. Any comments and suggestions are welcome !!
