ADL: Python modules for the analysis of docking runs

Dear AutoDock Users,
I am examining separate python modules of AD suitable for the analysis
of docking runs:

Could you suggest some scripts suitable for histogram plotting of the
results ? From the ensemble of the tools I found only:
write_clustering_histogram_postscript.py
which plot histograms in the format like AutoDock tools after
reclasterisation of DLG filles
May this utility be used for customization of the plotting (e.g. to
plot distribution of the energies as a function of particular
conformation ) ?
